The Inspired Summer Reset 2026 • 7/17

Move. Breathe. Give Back.

Join us for a special wellness day in Ocean City, NJ benefiting B Inspired Philadelphia. Spend a day resetting your body, mind, and spirit through movement, mindfulness, connection, and giving back. Together we’ll create space to recharge while supporting students and families through the work of B Inspired Philadelphia.

FREE Balance Strength & Conditioning Class with Donation to support BIP
Join Balance owner & B Inspired Philadelphia co-founder, Amy Carolla for a free Strength & Conditioning workout on Friday, April 18th from 10:15 to 11 AM. We ask you make a minimum donation of $24, which is the equivalent of the cost of the class to BIP. All donations through April 30th are being matched by an anonymous donor so your donation is worth double!
