Join Balance owner & B Inspired Philadelphia co-founder, Amy Carolla for a free Strength & Conditioning workout on Friday, April 18th from 10:15 to 11 AM. We ask you make a minimum donation of $24, which is the equivalent of the cost of the class to BIP. All donations through April 30th are being matched by an anonymous donor so your donation is worth double!
